Thanksgiving’s Over – Thankfully!

Though we managed to survive and actually got ahead of schedule before it was over, the process was still stressful and I’m not sure I’ll do it again any time soon. Of course, when I have to, I’ll go right to it. I enjoyed most of it. Just trying to make sure everything’s ready at the same time is an art. And getting everything put in the fridge afterward. That was a job. I’m going to post a couple of recipes even though I’ve got them in my box just to make sure I don’t lose them.
Also posting the menu for nostalgic purposes.
